KENT, Ohio (AP) -- Igor Iveljic kicked three field goals, including a 25-yarder in the second overtime, to give Akron a 30-27 victory over Kent State on Saturday.

Nate Reed of Kent State (1-5, 0-2 Mid-American Conference) converted a 32-yard field goal on the last play of regulation to tie the game at 24-24 and send it into the first overtime. Both he and Iveljic then kicked field goals in the first overtime.

After Iveljic's 25-yarder, Reed then missed wide right on a 23-yard attempt to end the game.

Chris Jacquemain completed 21-of-39 passes for 243 yards and touchdowns of 24 yards to Deryn Bowser and 29 yards to Andre Jones for Akron (3-3, 1-1).

Jacquemain was intercepted three times and Kent State fumbled the ball away twice.

Julian Edelman carried 18 times for 113 yards and also completed 17-of-31 passes for 157 yards and two scores -- 14 yards to Shawn Bayes and 1 yard to Justin Thompson -- for the Golden Flashes.
