Rebecca Lee- Field Hockey
Junior Midfielder Rebecca Lee (Bathurst, Australia) has been named Kent State Student-Athlete of the Week.
Lee scored the game-winning goal off a corner in the closing minute of a double overtime game over Central Michigan on Saturday (Oct. 27). The win gave Kent State a share of the regular season title, the 12th in school history, and locked in the No. 2 seed for the MAC Tournament.
Kent State is back in action for the MAC Tournament in a semifinal contest on Friday (Nov. 2) against Central Michigan in Oxford, Ohio. The game is set to start at 2:30 P.M.
