Flashes Bookend Television Viewing Wednesday

This Wednesday (Sept. 1), Kent State fans will be able to begin and end their day with the Golden Flashes.

Director of Athletics Joel Nielsen will get the day started when he makes an appearance on WKYC’s morning show. Nielsen is slated to go on at approximately 6:15 a.m. to discuss what’s new in Kent State athletics. WKYC Channel 3 is the NBC affiliate in Cleveland.

Later that evening, SportsTime Ohio will air the “Kent State Football Preview ‘10” show at 9:00 p.m. Hosted by Tom Linder, the half-hour program will take an in-depth look at the upcoming season.

Be sure to catch the real thing in action Thursday night, when football kicks off the 2010 season at 7:00 p.m. in Dix Stadium against Murray State.
