Radzinski re-joined her alma mater in November of 2012 to oversee the media relations aspects of field hockey, women's basketball and baseball for Kent State University Athletic Communications.

A December 2009 graduate of Kent State University, Radzinski worked for the Athletic Communications department as a student assistant.  She worked for baseball all three seasons she attended Kent State and also gained experience working football and men and women's basketball.  Day-to-day, she assisted with all NCAA Divsion-I teams.

Outside of Kent State, Radzinski has five years experience working in Minor League Baseball.  While still a student, she ran promotions and media relations as an intern for the Batavia Muckdogs (Single-A Short Afilliate of the then St. Louis Cardinals). After graduation she worked as a front office intern for the Myrtle Beach Pelicans (Single-A Advanced Afilliate of the then Atlanta Braves). With the Pelicans, she helped organize and execute the 2010 Carolina-California League All-Star game and NCAA Division-I Baseball Regionals and Super Regionals.

From there, Radzinski became the community relations and promotions assistant for the Tennessee Smokies (Double-A Afilliate of the Chicago Cubs).  Her efforts helped the organization win the 2011 Minor League Baseball President's Award for the most complete MiLB organization.  Radzinski's most recent position was the director of community relations and promotions for the South Bend Silver Hawks (Single-A Afilliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks).

A native of Albion, NY, she has a Bachelor's Degree in broadcast journalism with a minor in sports administration and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in public relations.
