2010 Senior Season

• Earned All-MAC Third Team honors

• Led team with 96 tackles, including 11.5 for loss

• Made eight or more tackles in four straight games (Oct. 16 - Nov. 6) and eight total games on the year

• Recorded a season-high 14 tackles against Army

• Was team's nomination for ARA Sportsmanship Award

• Tallied eight tackles, 1.0 sack, 2.5 tackles for loss and two pass breakups at Bowling Green  

• Scored his first career touchdown on a 61-yard interception return against Ball State

 

2009 Junior Season

• Presented with the Jack Lambert Cup at the conclusion of spring practice as the most improved defensive player

• Made nine starts and appeared in 11 games

• Made 58 tackles, with 28 of them unassisted

• Also had nine tackles for loss including 1.5 sacks

• Recorded a career-high 13 tackles (seven solo) to lead the team against Eastern Michigan Oct. 17

• Had his first career sack against Boston College Sept. 12

• Delivered seven tackles including 2.5 for loss at Akron Nov. 7

• Earned honorable mention Academic All-MAC recognition

 

2008 Sophomore Season

• Earned two starts at linebacker, appearing in all 12 games

• Recorded 20 tackles, 14 of them solo

• Made a career-high seven stops (all solo) at Miami Oct. 25

• Earned first career start Oct. 4 against Akron, before also garnering the starting nod versus the RedHawks

 

2007 Freshman Season

• Appeared in nine games throughout the season as a reserve linebacker and on special teams

• Missed the final two games after tearing his ACL at Northern Illinois Nov. 10

• Registered 13 tackles, six solo, as well as 0.5 TFL for one yard

• Recorded a trio of tackles three times on the season, including at No. 3 Ohio State

• One of nine true freshmen to earn a varsity letter

 

Prior to Kent State

• Registered 161 tackles, including 23 tackles for a loss, six sacks with one interception as a senior

• Named first-team all-state and all-county selection that same season

• Named county Defensive Player of the Year in 2006

• Participated in the North-South All-Star Game

• Totaled 306 tackles including 45 for a loss with three sacks and a pair of interceptions in his final two seasons with the Eagles

• Helped lead South Cobb to a conference championship as a junior

• Member of the top-ranked defense in the state of Georgia in 2005
