• Named to Phil Steele’s All-Freshman second team and was an honorable mention Freshman All-American according to CollegeFootballNews.com

• Was also one of 10 players named to ESPN.com’s Non-BCS All-Freshman squad

• Set school freshman records with 53 receptions (T-5th overall), 755 yards (7th) and five touchdowns (T-8th)

• Set freshman single-game records with 11 grabs (T-8th overall) for 198 yards (9th) and a pair of touchdowns Oct. 31 against Western Michigan

• Had at least one catch in 11 of 12 games, recording three straight 100-yard games from Oct. 24-Nov. 7

• Ranked ninth in the MAC in receiving yards per game (62.9) and 12th in receptions per game (4.4)

• Had six grabs for 84 yards in collegiate debut against Coastal Carolina Sept. 3

Prior To Kent State

• Was a two-time all-state and three-time all-league honoree at running back for Nottingham High School

• Compiled 3,771 yards rushing and 40 touchdowns over his final three seasons, including a 1,400-yard, 15-TD effort as a senior

• Played for Paul Sealy at Nottingham and Robert Prunty at Hargrave

• Enrolled at Kent State in the spring and practiced with the team
