KSU Field Hockey Sickel Sisters
The Kent State men and women’s athletic teams have shined through their camaraderie and support embellished within each athlete and amongst one another. Not only is it the countless hours that each person spends with one another on the field and court or in the weight room, but some “behind the scenes” factors also play a key role in developing such bonds.
What some may not know is that there are many sibling pairs within Kent State athletic teams. For the past few weeks we’ve been able to catch up with different teams and see just how well each brother or sister knows one another. This week , the women’s field hockey duo, Julie and Chelsea Sickel, gave us an inside look on their sisterhood.
