PRIOR TO KENT STATE: Had a very productive high school career playing both sides of the ball. Averaged over 16 yards per catch as a receiver but will play defensive back for the Flashes. Named All-State after his senior season. Helped Trojans to a 10-2 record and a run through the North Carolina state playoffs.
