• Averaging 73.98 shots per round and owns a .661 finish percentage
• Rated 158th in the nation in the final Golfweek/Sagarin Rankings
• Was the individual medalist at the 2011 MAC Championship (Apr. 29-1) with a four-under 284 (70-67-73-74)
• Won the Bank Of Tennessee (Oct. 15-17) by seven strokes with a 13-under 203 (72-66-65).  His final round 65 was the lowest score in his career and tied for the fourth lowest round in school history.
• His 203 total is the lowest 54-hole score by a Kent State golfer in 10 years.  Only two other times in school history (Ben Curtis; 200, 1999 Red River Classic & Jon Mills; 202, 2000 NCAA Central Regional) has a Golden Flash shot lower than 203 in a 54-hole tournament.
• Tied for 13th at the Jack Nicklaus Invitational (Oct. 11-12) where eight of the 10 teams qualified for the 2010 NCAA Championship

• His 72.86 scoring average ranked as the 12th best season average at Kent State since 1993-94 

• Won one event and had a team–high four top five finished in all 

• All 43 rounds played counted towards the KSU team score 

• His 43 counters are tied for the second most in school history (Ben Curtis; 44, 1999-00) 

• Is the first KSU player since Ben Curtis in 1999-00 to have every round count 

• Had 18 rounds of par or better and a .696 finish percentage 

• Won the 2010 Fireline Towson Invitational for his first collegiate win 

• Shot a final round 66 to finish with a three-under 213 (73-74-66) 

• Was tied for 10th and six strokes off the leaders as the day began 

• Also claimed top five finishes at the Windon Memorial (t-fifth), David Toms Classic (fifth) and MAC Championship (third).

• Shot a two-under at the MAC Championship (72-71-69-74=286) 

• Had a season best 54-hole score of 212 (73-69-70) at the Administaff ASU Invitational to tied for 18th overall 

• Was runner-up at the Towson Invitational with a three-under 213 (73-70-70) 

• Shot a one-over 143 (72-71) at the Maryland Intercollegiate to finish tied for 17th in his first collegiate event 

• Was also the top KSU performer at the tournament.

Amateur
• Won the Kinnear Glencoe Invitational Title Calgary, Alberta in June of 2011 and also qualified for the Canadian Tour's ATB Financial Classic in late June of 2011
• Won a 2011 U.S. Open local qualifier with a two-under 69 at Beechmont Country Club (Ohio) on May 10
• Participated in the 2010 U.S. Amateur after carding a 13-under 130 (64-66) that included four eagles to win the qualifier by six strokes
• Shot a five-under 283 (69-74-71-69) to tied for fifth at the 2010 Canadian Amateur
• Tied for 10th at the 2010 Porter Cup scoring a four-under 276 (70-68-70-68)
• Wrapped up his 2009 summer with by tying for third at the Canadian Men’s Amateur Championship 

• Also had two runner-up finishes at the Canadian Junior and the Ontario Junior 

• Tied for seventh at the Ontario Men’s Amateur 

• Finished fourth on the 2009 CN Future Links Boys National Orders of Merit 

• One of just eight players in Canada named to the Under-22 Canadian National Team 

• Named to the team when he was only 16 years old 

• Tied for 17th at the 2008 CN Future Links Ontario Championship 

• Was fifth at the 2007 Ontario Men’s Amateur Championship 

• Took fourth in the East Aurora International Junior Master’s in Buffalo, N.Y. 

• Claimed four other top-10 finishes including the Ontario Junior Tournament of Champions (fourth), the U.S. Junior Qualifier (fourth), the Ping Eastern Canadian Junior (fourth) and the Ontario Junior (seventh).
