Kent State Women’s Cross Country’s Foster Named To Academic All-MAC Team

Redshirt freshman was squad's top finisher in five of six meets in 2011.

CLEVELAND -- Kent State redshirt freshman women's cross country runner Paige Foster (Prior Lake, Minn.) has been named to the 2011 Academic All-Mid-American Conference Team, the conference office announced Monday (Jan. 9).

A nursing major carrying a 4.00 grade-point average, Foster was the top finisher for the Golden Flashes in five of six meets in 2011, including clocking a 22:31.2 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 12) to lead the team.
