Golden Flashes Travel to Take on Miami (OH) in Three-Game Series

OXFORD, Ohio – Kent State Softball (14-13, 4-2 MAC) is set to begin their third Mid-American Conference series of the season this weekend on the road against the RedHawks of Miami (OH) University. The series begins on Friday, March 27 at 3:00 p.m. with game one followed by a doubleheader on Saturday, March 28 at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. The Golden Flashes have won three straight going into this weekend taking their final game last weekend at Buffalo and following it up with a midweek two-game sweep of Mercyhurst.

Golden Flashes Sweep Mercyhurst on Back-to-Back Walk-Offs

KENT – Kent State Softball (14-13, 4-2 MAC) swept a non-conference doubleheader from Mercyhurst University on Wednesday afternoon at Devine Diamond, rallying for 2-1 and 6-5 walk-off victories. The sweep kept Kent State a perfect 5-0 at home so far this season.

Track and Field to Open Outdoor Season at Raleigh Relays

The Kent State track and field program will begin the outdoor season at the Raleigh Relays, which will be held at NC State's Paul Derr Track & Field Facility on Thursday through Saturday.
